Terms of Service – Rent & Buy Match
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Rent & Buy Match iOS app (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
Subscriptions and payments are processed through Apple’s in‑app purchase system. By subscribing, you agree to Apple’s payment terms. We do not store your payment information. You can manage or cancel your subscription via your Apple ID settings.
5. Use of the App
- Do not misuse the App, interfere with its normal operation, or access it using methods other than the provided interface.
- Do not attempt to extract source code or reverse engineer the App.
- Do not use the App for unlawful purposes or to violate the rights of others.
6. Content and Data
You retain rights to your content submitted through the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non‑exclusive, revocable license to process your data to provide and improve the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Intellectual Property
The App and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Rent & Buy Match and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.
8. Third‑Party Services
The App may integrate or link to third‑party services. We are not responsible for third‑party content, policies, or practices.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. You may terminate your use at any time by deleting your account in‑app or contacting us.
10. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rent & Buy Match shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
